How To File A DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our Copyright Agent that includes all items below:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed or a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information sufficient to locate it on our site, such as a direct URL.
- Your contact information – name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
We may remove or disable access to the reported material and notify the user who posted it.

How To File A Counter Notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was due to mistake or misidentification, send a written counter notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where Refined Footcare may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter notice, we may restore the material unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy
